Caryopteris - Clandonensis 'Heavenly Blue'

Caryopteris x clandonensis Heavenly Blue. Grown as both a perennial and a shrub because of its compact nature this wonderful, sweet scented shrub produces clusters of tiny bright blue flowers in late summer.
